PhotoQSL Reorders are limited to cards with no changes, backside text changes and/or call letter change on front and back. Any photo graphic work or photo replacement is billed at the initial Order rates.
Re-Orders will be billed (when we ship) via Internet Invoice hosted by PayPal unless otherwise arranged.
